1 –When you sell on your own website, nobody will tell you at what price to sell. At Spalopia, we will never require you to sell at a 20% below your price but we give you all the freedom to do so if you decide to.
2 – Approximately a 17% of the purchases are never exchanged and unlike with other channels, you will receive that money in advance. Spalopia does not keep the money that has been generated for your business.
3 – When you get a customer to make a reservation through your website, you will retain that customer. However, if the customer makes the reservation through an online portal, that client belongs to them. The next time the client makes a reservation, he will most probably use the same website where he can also find hundreds of alternatives, and will not book directly with your spa.
4 – And last but not least, you save time. A client who makes an appointment on your website does not have to call to confirm it, as it is synchronized with your management program. If the online channel is able to sell 200 reservations without any interruptions, without it, your employees would have to take 200 calls in order to manage the bookings, which makes the profitability very small.
